Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to corporates, colleges and networks for collaboration.
• Act as a key relationship builder by meeting HR/Admin heads and aligning Fitistan’s programs with institutional values and expanding our vision.
• Build a strong lead pipeline by engaging HR leaders and decision-makers across industries.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of corporate wellness and fitness programs.
• Act as a wellness ambassador, educating HR professionals and corporate leaders on the benefits of employee wellness programs.
• Customize wellness solutions to meet specific company needs and workforce profiles.
• Collect feedback, testimonials, and insights to evolve and enhance impact.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align messaging and delivery.
• Collaborate on campaign strategies, wellness events, and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. MBA preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the corporate sales. Experience in Edtech, HR Tech, Healthcare and Wellness sector is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Passion for wellness, youth empowerment, fitness or armed-forces-inspired initiatives.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a mission-led, high-impact environment.
