Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager / B2B Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for lead generation, managing accounts, overseeing sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes developing sales strategies, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets to drive the company's growth in the B2B segment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition by targeting corporates, travel companies, and institutional partners.
  • Build and manage strong B2B relationships to generate repeat and long-term business.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations with corporate clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Represent Chiku Cab at industry events, networking meets, and exhibitions to promote services.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations techniques
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the mobility or transportation industry is a plus


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in corporate / B2B sales, preferably in travel, transport, hospitality, or service-based industries.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
