Job Summary: Aap Ki Awaz Publication is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager / B2B Sales Manager who can take charge of building high-impact partnerships and driving consistent revenue growth across our media and digital verticals. This role offers a unique opportunity to pitch and close advertising, sponsorship, and content collaboration deals for our flagship political books, including Rajneeti Rajneta Vartman aur Bhavishya, Rajasthan Pride Editions, and our suite of IT, digital marketing, and editorial products. You will be directly responsible for creating strategic alliances with corporate clients, government agencies, and institutions to position our publications as influential platforms for branding and visibility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Sales Planning & Revenue Generation Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales funnel from outreach to closure. Identify new business opportunities across IT solutions, media campaigns, digital publishing, video interviews, editorial sponsorships, and industry pages. Develop customized presentations and advertising proposals for clients to feature in political books, Rajasthan Pride, eBook, Social Media or digital marketing Services, video interviews, and online visibility. Develop and implement effective B2B and corporate sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Conduct client and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Drive cross-platform advertising opportunities offering print, digital, video interviews, and online visibility as bundled media solutions. Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales forecasts, performance metrics, and ROI from campaigns. Recommend improvements based on market feedback. 3. Collaboration & Proposal Development Work with marketing, editorial, and product teams to create compelling corporate presentations and proposals. Customize offerings such as digital ad campaigns, video interviews, sponsored editorials, B2B portals, and tech services. Present and negotiate business terms with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with organizational goals. 4. Team Coordination & Leadership (if applicable) Lead a team of sales executives or business development associates. Mentor and train junior sales staff to ensure professional development and goal achievement. Allocate targets and monitor daily/weekly performance. Key Offerings to Sell (Sector-Specific): Advertisement space in political books, Rajasthan Pride, magazines, and e-publications. Sponsored interviews, editorial features, and industry spotlight content. Business pages, industry editions, and industry-specific eMagazine or microsites. IT products: website development, Social Media Platforms, WhatsApp & RCS Messaging services, Digital Marketing tools. Event branding and online promotion packages. KPIs / Performance Metrics: Number of qualified leads generated. Sales revenue generated from new and repeat clients Sales closures (monthly/quarterly revenue). Conversion ratio of leads to clients Client retention and satisfaction scores. Target achievement ratio. Contribution to new partnerships or media collaborations. Required Skills & Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales or Advertising Sales, preferably in media, publishing, IT services, Social Media or digital platforms. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage strategic partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen with an understanding of advertising trends and client psychology. Proficiency in IT - Social Media or digital marketing tools, MS Office, Excel, and basic analytics. Proficiency languages in English and Hindi Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or Information Technology. 215 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, preferably in the Media & IT domain. Experience in government or institutional tendering (preferred for public sector media campaigns). Interviews On: 11AM - 3PM Venue : Aap Ki Awaz Publication, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
