About the Role:
Ad Gift Resources is looking for a strategic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with corporate clients. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands B2B dynamics, can manage large accounts, and is confident in leading high-value sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and drive end-to-end sales cycles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with design, sourcing, and operations teams to deliver tailored gifting solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the brand at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client communications in CRM
- Mentor and support junior sales team members
Requirements:
- 5 years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales (preferably in gifting, merchandising, events, or branding)
- Strong business network and ability to close high-value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Well-versed in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
