We’re looking for a smart, energetic, and well-connected professional to help us grow our event and artist management business along with the brand activation vertical. You’ll be responsible for converting new clients, building strong relationships, and bringing exciting collaborations and sponsorships to life. If you love meeting people, pitching creative ideas, and closing deals, this role is for you!

 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

* Connect with potential clients, sponsors, and brands through our lead database.

* Build lasting relationships with companies in lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, and corporate sectors.

* Bring in new business opportunities for events, artists, and brand collaborations.

* Work with the internal team to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.

* Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth project execution.

* Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activities to spot new opportunities.

* Attend events and networking meet ups to build strong industry connections.

 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

* 0–1years of experience in business development, client servicing, or event partnerships.

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Strong networking ability and confidence to approach brands and clients.

* Experience in events, sponsorships, or artist management is a plus.

* Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about the entertainment industry.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞: We are looking for CBSE-board candidates with strong English communication skills.

Salary: 10k - 20k
