Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop new business opportunities through direct sales, concept selling, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue high-value deals by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for revenue generation and expansion into new markets.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure retention rates are high and upsell/cross-sell opportunities are maximized.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales in the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in hunting down new clients and generating revenue growth.
  • Strong skills in farming (retaining existing customers) as well as hunting (acquiring new ones).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
