Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients (founders, marketers, and brand teams)
Understand their goals and recommend the right mix of services (branding, design, development, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, build proposals, and prepare client presentations
Manage incoming leads, schedule discovery calls, and maintain active communication throughout the sales funnel
Contribute to brand strategy sessions and provide inputs from a market/customer perspective
Track pipeline progress, CRM updates, and meet monthly conversion targets

What We're Looking For

0-2 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development
Strong communication and presentation skills
A consultative mindset; you don't just sell, you advise and guide
Understanding (or interest in learning) how creative agencies work, especially branding, design, and digital
Someone who is proactive, resourceful, and excited about growth
Comfortable working on-site with a collaborative, high-energy team
