Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, script, and create social-first content (especially Reels, posts, and short-form video)
  • Write captions that match our tone: witty, relatable, motivational
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to keep visuals and messaging aligned
  • Engage with our online community (polls, DMs, comments, etc.)
  • Help grow the NOOOB.IN audience with fresh content ideas
  • Track content performance and iterate based on insights

Requirements

  • Have 0–2 years of content creation experience (internships, freelance, or personal projects count!)
  • Are fluent in Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and current content trends
  • Love writing, creating, and experimenting with ideas
  • Are proactive, self-driven, and have a good sense of what engages Gen Z audiences
  • Have a basic understanding of brand tone and storytelling
  • Bonus: You’ve grown your own page, made viral content, or love streetwear culture
