Job Title: Career Services - Senior Analyst/Analyst
Vertical - BFSI - Banking & Finance
Location: Pune
We are seeking a skilled executive to join our Career Services team. The candidate will play a crucial
role in connecting with local HR, Talent Acquisition, or Business teams and gathering job requirements and facilitating the placement of students from Banking and Finance courses. The ideal candidate will have 0– 2 years of experience in an inside sales/ customer relation role, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
An ideal candidate will be the one who knows the geography well and can meet with local leaders on daily basis
Responsibilities:
.Conduct outbound calls to sales and business teams at branch level and local Talent Acquisition person to understand their job requirements and hiring needs.
·Present our services and value proposition to potential employers,emphasizing the benefits of hiring students from us.
·Build and maintain a database of contacts and key decision-makers in the target area at branch level.
·Engage in proactive follow-up calls and emails to establish and nurture relationships with potential
employers.
·Gather detailed job descriptions,qualification requirements,and skill sets sought by employers for
various positions.
·Collaborate with the Career Services team to match job requirements with the skill sets of students
from the available pool.
·Provide timely and accurate information to employers regarding candidate profiles,availability and interview scheduling Track and maintain records of all communication,job requirements,and employer feedback in the CRM system
·Provide regular updates and reports on employer engagement and job placement activities to the
Career Services team.
Qualifications and Experience:
·Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in inside sales/customer relations/hiring or in a similar role,
preferably in a career services or recruitment setting or sales and business development
·Proven track record of successfully engaging with clients and closing the deals
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills,with the ability to articulate our services and value proposition effectively.
·Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with key decision-makers in a
professional manner.
·Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet set targets and
deadlines
·Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and MS excel
·Strong organizational and time management skills,with the ability to multitask and prioritize
effectively.
·Knowledge of recruitment processes,job market trends,and employer requirements is a plus.
