We are looking for a Corporate Recruiting Lead to drive internal hiring efforts and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Job Summary As a Corporate Recruiting Lead, you will oversee the internal hiring process, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to build a strong workforce that aligns with KAPITAL's goals. Key Responsibilities Hire, lead and manage the internal recruiting team to meet hiring targets. Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top talent for internal roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies. Implement best practices for talent sourcing, assessment, and selection. Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance KAPITAL's market presence. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and ensure efficiency. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights to leadership. Train and mentor recruiters to enhance their performance and skill sets. Build and scale high-performing teams by hiring top talent across multiple departments. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and hiring trends. Experience in US staffing and recruitment processes is preferred. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Submit 2 new qualified candidates for internal requirements per day. Schedule 2 interview with department managers weekly. Achieve a target of 3 new hires per month. Lead sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding 30 new hires within the first year. Develop a list of 20 target companies for experienced talent acquisition. Show more Show less
