Role Overview This is a hands-on opportunity to work on enterprise software implementation, system integrations, and product support for internal tools. The intern will have an opportunity to become a part of pilot IT department of a startup. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementation and rollout of enterprise applications (CRM, ATS, HRMS, Accounting tools, etc.) Provide functional and technical user support Help document system workflows, issues, and resolutions Collaborate with vendors, internal users, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and streamline systems Who Should Apply Tech-savvy graduates with a passion for software tools and process automation Individuals who enjoy problem-solving and learning new platforms Those looking to build a career in enterprise tech, product support, or IT operations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline Familiarity with implementations, integrations Strong communication and analytical skills High reliability and accountability for remote work Stipend & Compensation INR 20,000/month during the 90-day internship Show more Show less
