Job Description: Specialized Recruiter - Tax and Audit

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process from intake meeting with hiring managers to offer negotiation and closing for all Tax and Audit roles (e.g., Audit Associate, Tax Analyst, Audit Manager, Tax Director).
Specialized Sourcing:
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates with expertise in areas like public accounting, corporate tax, international tax, internal audit, and regulatory compliance.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical competencies, professional certifications, and experience against the specific needs of the Tax and Audit departments.
Market Expertise:
Act as a subject matter expert for the Tax and Audit talent market, providing insights to hiring managers on compensation trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong, collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers and departmental leaders to understand staffing needs, business goals, and role specifications.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Data and Metrics:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire) to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years specializing in hiring
Tax and/or Audit professionals
(either in-house or at a staffing agency)
