Senior HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Hair Transplant Industry preferred)

Location: Baner, Pune.

Salary: 35K monthly CTC

*Job Summary:*

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the manpower requirements of the organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions within the Hair Transplant industry. The recruiter will also ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience aligned with organizational standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Handle the complete recruitment cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with concerned department heads.

Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.

Support in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.

Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.

Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

Ensure compliance with HR and organizational recruitment policies.

Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when required.

*Qualifications & Experience:*

Master/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or hair transplant industry.

Strong understanding of recruitment channels and hiring trends in healthcare services.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
