Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (in-hand, based on experience & performance)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HR Recruiter to join our team at Saisha Tours and Travels.

The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, manage bulk hiring, and train new HR interns or recruiters. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and wants to build a long-term career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements across different departments.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract the right talent.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Train and guide new HR interns or junior recruiters on hiring processes and tools.
• Utilize job portals, databases, and social media platforms (e.g., Workindia, LinkedIn, Indeed) for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports in an organized manner.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for every candidate.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or above.
• 6 months to 1 year of proven bulk hiring experience (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Candidates with prior experience in HR recruitment or staffing agencies will be preferred.
