Senior HR Recruiter

A recruitment job role, most commonly the Recruiter, is a professional within an organization's human resources department who identifies, attracts, screens, and hires candidates for open job positions. The core responsibilities involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing potential employees through various channels, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and managing the entire hiring process to ensure the company acquires the best talent for its workforce.  Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Using job boards, professional networks, and social media to find and engage with potential applicants.  Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.  Hiring and Onboarding: Working with hiring managers to select the right candidate, negotiating job offers, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.  Liaison and Communication: Acting as a point of contact between candidates and hiring managers, keeping both parties informed throughout the process.  Market Intelligence: Staying updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations to provide insights and advice to management.  Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
