Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 2 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and supporting HR functions to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across departments.

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and applications to match qualifications and job requirements.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.

Draft job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.

Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment when required.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain compliance with HR policies and labor laws during recruitment activities.
