Job Title: Graphic Designer (with Adobe Suite, Figma, UI/UX Expertise, and Video Editing) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, video editing software, and has a solid understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles. In this role, you will create visually compelling digital assets, including videos, reels, and other multimedia content, while maintaining a strong user-focused design approach. The ideal candidate will balance creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality visual assets for web, mobile, and print platforms (social media posts, landing pages, email templates, banners, etc.). Create UI/UX design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final assets for websites and applications. Work within brand guidelines to create cohesive, on-brand designs that align with the company’s vision. UI/UX Design: Collaborate with the UX/UI team to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, engaging design solutions. Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma or other design tools. Ensure that designs are responsive and optimized across multiple devices and platforms. Video Editing and Reels: Edit and produce engaging video content for various digital channels (social media, website, email campaigns). Create short-form videos and reels for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring content is visually striking and aligns with brand messaging. Enhance video content with creative animations, transitions, and effects using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software. Optimize video formats for different platforms, ensuring the highest quality across devices. Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with developers, and marketing teams to refine designs and implement them into digital platforms. Take part in user testing and feedback sessions to improve design functionality and user experience. Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders while maintaining a user-centered design approach. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials. Assist in the development and evolution of design guidelines and best practices for the company’s brand. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep your designs fresh and innovative. Explore new design methods and technologies to improve workflow and design outcomes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, with a strong understanding of responsive design. Proven ability to create compelling, high-quality video content and reels for digital platforms. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required. Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals and deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A strong portfolio showcasing design work, including UI/UX design projects, creative branding, and video content. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion graphics or animation (Adobe After Effects). Knowledge of design systems and how to implement them across digital products. Show more Show less
