Senior HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter at our company located in Gurgaon Udyog Vihar, your role involves independently sourcing leads, aligning candidates for interviews, and utilizing various job portals for recruitment purposes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruiting candidates with a focus on BPO Telesales/Telecalling hiring, vendor management, and bulk hiring - Screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process - Achieving a daily target of at least 2 successful candidate placements - Coordinating with vendors and consultancies for staffing support - Collecting necessary documents for the onboarding process For this position, the following qualifications are required: - Minimum graduation qualification - Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as an HR Recruiter with no more than a 3-month gap - Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English - Experience working in a target-based company Additional Company Details: The working schedule involves 6 days a week, with office hours from 10 am to 7 pm and Sundays off. The role offers a competitive salary of up to 35k and permanent employment status. You will be required to work day shifts in a target-oriented environment, with the opportunity for a yearly bonus.
