Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday) Saturday and sunday fixed week off
Shift Timing: 8pm - 5am (Night Shift)

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Executives to join our growing team at Saisha Tours and Travels. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our travel/tour packages, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome! If you are good at communication and want to build your career in sales, this is the right opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Make Inbound/outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain packages and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or above.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willingness to learn.
