Job Title: Corporate Recruiter (In-house recruitment)

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 3-6 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Timings: Dayshift - 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM IST


  • We are looking for a

    Corporate Recruiter

    to join our dynamic talent acquisition team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • You will work closely with HR Team to understand workforce needs and implement effective hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles in multiple locations.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for role suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to improve employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Proven ability to hire fresh graduates across multiple locations. Strong skills in maintaining and updating a database of fresh talent.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong connections with placement officers and students across various educational institutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years

    of corporate recruitment experience, preferably in hiring US/ Domestic/ UK Staffing industry
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and HR software.
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
