Womenite is an FCRA-registered nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women's empowerment and menstrual hygiene awareness through community-centered initiatives. Our work spans menstrual hygiene education, waste management solutions, disaster response, and innovative VR-based learning programs. We operate across India (majorly Delhi, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana) with scalable technology solutions to drive sustainable impact.

Position Overview

We seek an experienced Fundraising Executive to develop corporate partnerships via platforms like Benevity, strengthening our funding base and volunteer community. You'll bridge CSR priorities with our mission, creating meaningful engagement opportunities for companies and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate corporate relationships aligned with our mission through research, customized proposals, and ongoing relationship management
• Platform Management: Optimize Benevity presence, create compelling volunteer opportunities, generate impact reports, and track donations and volunteer hours
• Fundraising Strategy: Develop annual plans targeting corporate donations, employee giving, and matching gift programs using data-driven approaches
• Proposal & Presentations: Craft compelling cases for support tailored to corporate audiences, highlighting volunteer opportunities and measurable outcomes
• Donor Stewardship: Build relationships through personalized communication, corporate volunteer events, site visits, and impact reporting
• FCRA Compliance: Ensure corporate contributions meet government requirements and maintain necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years in fundraising, corporate partnerships, CSR, or business development with proven corporate relationship-building success
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital fundraising platforms, donor management systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools; Benevity experience valued
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences and deliver compelling presentations
• Strategic Thinking: Data-driven approach to fundraising optimization; alignment of corporate interests with nonprofit impact
• Project Management: Detail-oriented with excellent timeline and priority management

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in CSR, foundation relations, or corporate philanthropy
• FCRA compliance knowledge and familiarity with India's philanthropic landscape
• Experience with workplace giving or employee engagement programs
• Knowledge of women's empowerment, menstrual health, or social impact sectors
• Multilingual capabilities
• MBA or advanced degree in Business or Nonprofit Management
