Job Description

Objective:

Ensure brand availability and drive to achieve secondary sales targets within hospital business by building strong relationships with purchase officers, ensuring streamlining of supply chain and executing sales & marketing plans

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Business Development

  • Achieve brand entry and enhance visibility by collaborating with sales teams
  • Share competitive intelligence and market feedback with the marketing team and sales team
  • Conduct identification and mapping of potential hospitals for business development and strategic partnerships

Sales Management

  • Achieve assigned targets by implementing plan of action to bridge gaps
  • Analyse sales data and recommend discounts to corporate hospitals
  • Maintain a positive culture, hygiene standards and implement best practices in the hospital business
  • Prepare & validate standard visit list of customers and develop standard tour plans
  • Assist in the preparation of the hospital's management information system and analyse trends to develop the business plan further
  • Participate in joint calls and ensure effective communication with concerned customers
  • Attend cycle meetings to understand campaigns and other processes

Supply Chain Management

  • Ensure timely settlement of stockist claims
  • Manage stock to ensure the liquidation of near-expiry products in collaboration with the sales team
  • Ensure stockists maintain adequate inventory levels to meet market demand
  • Monitor and stay informed about supply chain market trends to develop competitive intelligence

Reporting and Submission

  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and quotations to the corporate hospitals to promptly communicate any key changes in information
  • Ensure sales stock statement is sent by authorised stockists to the business coordinator on a regular basis
  • Engage in review meetings by utilising review formats, dashboards and other data sources
  • Submit all required documents and details including daily call reports and monthly tour plans

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct hospital workshops, Continuous Medical Educations and round table meetings as per sales strategy
  • Engage stakeholders to attend campaigns / Continuous Medical Educations / conferences

People and Culture

  • Demonstrate Credo values to build trust and credibility
  • Participate in Learning and Development programmes

Professional Experience and Relevant Skills

  • Must have minimum of 5 years of overall experience and 2 years in Corporate Hospital Business
  • Must possess sound understanding of the hospital business with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, proficiency in MS Office and digital fluency

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

  • Educational Qualification:

    Any Graduate
