Job Description

As a Key Account Manager with the global textile service company in Chennai, your role will involve driving profitable growth in Protect and Grow segments by improving turnover and profit of the Portfolio of Customers. You will be responsible for contract renewals, regular price increases, and other contract-related activities for the assigned Portfolio of Customers. Working closely with customers to understand their needs deeply and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous value addition will be crucial. Your focus will be on preventing Customer Terminations by delivering best-in-class customer services and effectively managing key accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Drive profitable growth in Protect and Grow segments - Manage contract renewals and price increases for assigned Portfolio of Customers - Collaborate with customers and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and add value - Prevent Customer Terminations through effective customer service and key account management Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience in Account Management - Proven track record of high achievement in Account Management - Ability to utilize and analyze sales and customer data for retention, satisfaction, and efficiency - Proficiency in using customer insight, analytics, and digital systems effectively - Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term business development - Understanding of client business, processes, needs, and sales opportunities - Proactive approach to anticipating and addressing changing client needs - Experience in B2B industry with knowledge of market segments and industry trends If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, please share your updated resume along with details of your Present Location, Current CTC, Expected CTC (with negotiability), Notice Period, Key Client Accounts managed (especially in the Chennai market), and Experience in the B2B Industry.
