Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager with the global textile service company in Chennai, your role will involve driving profitable growth in Protect and Grow segments by improving turnover and profit of the Portfolio of Customers. You will be responsible for contract renewals, regular price increases, and other contract-related activities for the assigned Portfolio of Customers. Working closely with customers to understand their needs deeply and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous value addition will be crucial. Your focus will be on preventing Customer Terminations by delivering best-in-class customer services and effectively managing key accounts.
