We’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our growing team!
Location: Sector-18 Gurgaon
Experience: 3–8 years in Cargo & Logistics (PTL segment only)
Industry: Cargo / Logistics / Transportation
Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the PTL business segment Ensure smooth coordination between operations and clients for timely delivery Handle customer queries, escalations, and service improvement initiativesIdentify new business opportunities and drive revenue growthMaintain client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
Candidate Requirements:Mandatory experience in Cargo & Logistics industry (PTL segment)Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proven track record in handling key accounts and achieving sales targets Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
