Corporate Gifting Executive (Institutional Sales)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support regional business development activities by identifying new institutional and corporate clients
• Assist in preparing customized proposals and product presentations for prospective clients
• Coordinate with marketing, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery
• Maintain and update sales trackers, client databases, and pipeline reports to support decision-making
• Assist in conceptualizing promotional programs to drive repeat purchases from corporate clients
• Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and agencies for seamless business operations
• Monitor sales performance and help in preparing MIS reports and dashboards for management review
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure adherence to company credit policies
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and client requirements
• Support customer feedback surveys and ensure actionable insights are shared with relevant teams
• Participate in business reviews and present key observations and improvement ideas
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation for the institutional sales function

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing with strong interest in B2B / Institutional Sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with good understanding of data handling and reporting in MS Excel
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities across internal and external stakeholders
• High initiative, ownership, and learning agility to take on cross-functional responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented and fast-paced business environment
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions
