Role: Account Manager – Corporate (RBD Business)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of medium to large corporate customers with

    100% focus on retention and growth

    .
  • Build strong client relationships through

    daily/regular customer visits

    and consistent engagement.
  • Deliver

    best-in-class service

    with 24x7 availability and solution orientation.
  • Drive

    cross-selling and upselling

    of DCGpac’s portfolio across packaging, procurement solutions, and services.
  • Understand client needs, create value propositions, and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, design, finance) to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Track, report, and achieve growth targets for each assigned customer.


Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience

    in CRM, Account Management, or Key Account Management.
  • Graduate from a

    reputed university

    ; MBA/Engineer preferred.
  • Pleasing personality, excellent communication & presentation skills.

  • Strong

    relationship management & service orientation

    mindset.
  • High IQ, self-driven, and ability to operate with speed and precision.

  • Proven track record of

    servicing medium to large corporate clients.

  • Willingness for frequent customer visits and high availability.
