🎯 Role Purpose

Greta Energy Ltd. is establishing a 0.4 MTPA integrated steel plant at MIDC Bhadrawati. We are seeking an experienced Core IT Professional to lead and manage all IT-related functions, including hardware, software, networking, security, and ERP support. The role will support IT infrastructure at Corporate office at Nagpur location and plants at different location.

🏗 Key Responsibilities

v Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure (hardware, servers, networks, and end-user systems).

v Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and peripherals.

v Ensure data security, backup management, and disaster recovery planning.

v Administer enterprise applications, including email, databases, and SAP (ERP) tools.

v Provide user support and training to ensure efficient IT usage across all departments.

v Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement, AMC, and support contracts.

v Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and best practices for security and efficiency.

v Ensure high availability and uptime of IT services for office and plant operations.

v Coordinate closely with the management team for planning and scaling IT requirements as the steel plants.

v Additional responsibility: support and basic administration of SAP architecture (weightage given to candidates with prior SAP exposure).

👤 Candidate Profile

Education:

v B.Tech/B.E./MCA in Computer Science/ Information Technology, OR

v  BCA / B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology

v Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in IT operations/management, preferably in manufacturing/industrial setups

Preferred Skills:

v Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration

v Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and data protection policies

v Hands-on experience with enterprise software/ERP (SAP knowledge preferred)

v Vendor management and IT procurement expertise

v Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
