Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:

    Supervise and guide a team of copywriters, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Strategic Copywriting:

    Develop compelling copy for 360-degree campaigns — digital, social, print, video, and experiential platforms.
  • Brand Storytelling:

    Ensure all content reflects brand voice, positioning, and campaign objectives, while engaging the target audience effectively.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with designers, AVP Creative, SVP Marketing, and account managers to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns.
  • Quality Control:

    Review, edit, and approve all written content to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Innovation & Trends:

    Stay updated on consumer trends, digital content formats, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Evaluate content effectiveness and continuously optimize messaging based on campaign performance metrics.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:

    6–10 years of copywriting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
  • Industry Background:

    Experience with

    FMCG, Real Estate, and Luxury brands

    preferred.
  • Core Skills:

  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate marketing briefs into powerful narratives.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills across diverse formats.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, consumer psychology, and brand positioning.
  • Soft Skills:

    Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; ability to inspire creativity within a team while meeting deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns for top brands.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows, content calendars, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with detailed execution.
