Coordinator - Regulatory

Purpose/Objective

The Coordinator Regulatory at Adani Realty in Mumbai plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to construction projects. This position requires 2-4 years of experience in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and possess exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and standards for construction projects. - Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary permits and approvals. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. - Prepare and submit regulatory documents and reports as required. - Collaborate with regulatory agencies to address any issues or concerns. - Conduct internal audits to assess compliance levels. - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. - Provide guidance and training to team members on regulatory matters. - Monitor changes in regulations and update stakeholders accordingly. - Support in resolving any compliance issues or violations.

Technical Competencies

Knowledge of construction regulations and codes.,Proficiency in interpreting legal documents,Experience with regulatory compliance software/tools,Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
