Function Secretarial

Location Delhi NCR

Role Company Secretary

Reporting into MD & CEO

Key Result Areas

• Convening and Managing Board/Committees and General

Meetings

• Preparation of detailed agenda and minutes of

Board/Committees and General Meetings

• Liaison with Shareholders, Directors and Regulators

• Preparation of Boards report, AGM Notice and other

statutory documents

• Maintenance of the necessary statutory secretarial records

and documents

• Timely filings of e-forms with MCA

• Management of various audits and due diligence exercises

• Ensuring compliances under Companies Act, 2013, as well

as with Secretarial Standards (Issued by ICSI)

• Timely dissemination of statutory/regulatory requirements

within the organisation

Required Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Companies Act, RBI Regulations,

Corporate Laws, and Regulatory guidelines pertaining to

NBFCs/HFCs

• High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification • CS

No of years of Industry

experience

• 8- 10 years of post-qualification experience with a reputed

organization (Preferably NBFC/Financial Services Company)
