WSP has a new opportunity for a Word Processor to join our Mine Support team in a
full time position in our Bengaluru office. You ll provide administrative support to consulting professionals within the Mining and Metals Business

• 5-6 years of experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment
• masters of business administration preferred
• advanced Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)
• excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
• team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
• willingness to learn and implement systems
• attention to detail and ownership of delegated tasks
• excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing)
• good problem-solving skills with the initiative and ability to identify alternative solutions
• knowledge of engineering consulting and/or related industries would be an asset
• are fluent in English

BGV:

• Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ( BGV ) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
• Candidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process including documents uploaded is accurate and complete, both to WSP India and its BGV partner .

• Word Processing
  • format technical deliverables (proposals, letters, technical memorandums, reports, spreadsheets and other documents) using MS office applications and WSP templates
  • use Adobe Professional to create and compile PDF documents
  • liaise with Project Managers and Consultants to obtain document approvals
