Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all inbound calls from clients/patients promptly and professionally.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming calls, inquiries, and scheduled appointments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient communication and efficient appointment execution.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
  • Support daily operational activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate with

    1- 2 years of relevant experience

    in coordination, customer service, or telecalling.
  • Strong verbal communication skills

    with a pleasant and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to convert inquiries into appointments through persuasive communication.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare setups is preferred.
