Job Role - Front Office Executive

#Work Location - Secunderabad

# Work Timings - 10 AM TO 07 PM - 6 Days Week

# Education - Min Graduation

Key Responsibilities

1. Reception & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.

2. Communication Handling

  • Manage incoming phone calls and route calls/messages appropriately.
  • Respond to basic inquiries and provide accurate information when required.

3. Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain the front office area
  • Handle courier services inward and outward documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain office stationery inventory and place orders when needed.

4. Coordination & Customer Service

  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative needs.
  • Provide assistance to staff and management for general office tasks.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle concerns promptly.
