Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1.

  • Experienced in setting up the entire Business and should drive the Business from the scratch
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
  • Drive innovation in retail operations, store formats, and customer engagement initiatives.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations across all pharmacy outlets, distribution centers.
  • Implement standardized SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery and brand experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margins, inventory turns, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and develop process improvement initiatives using best practices in industry.

3. Financial & Business Performance

  • Develop and manage the operational budget and P&L for the retail division.
  • Optimize cost structures while enhancing revenue and profitability across stores.
  • Analyze sales trends, store performance data, and market insights to support decision-making.

4. Supply Chain & Inventory Management

  • Ensure efficient procurement, warehousing, and distribution of pharmaceutical and FMCG products.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts and obsolescence.
  • Establish strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and distributors.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, pharmacy licensing norms, and ethical business practices.
  • Implement robust quality control measures to ensure product safety and authenticity.
  • Drive EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives and compliance across all locations.

6. People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Drive workforce planning, training, and performance management initiatives.

7. Technology & Digital Transformation

  • Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to drive automation, POS enhancements, and digital customer engagement.
