Job Description

Role - Branding Manager FMCG (New Product Launches)

{{ Immediate or Short Notice Candidates Preferable }}

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and refine the brands positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework aligned with business goals.
  • Translate the brand vision into a comprehensive brand strategy across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead brand architecture decisions and ensure brand consistency across product lines and business units.

New Product Launch Management

  • Manage end-to-end branding for new product introductions (NPI) including packaging, naming, brand architecture, launch communication, and retail support.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies including ATL, BTL, digital, shopper marketing, and in-store visibility.
  • Monitor post-launch performance, consumer feedback, and brand health KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Brand Identity & Creative Oversight

  • Oversee the development and application of brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, and brand assets.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and external agencies to produce high-quality brand materials (ads, packaging, digital content, etc.).
  • Manage brand launches, rebranding initiatives, and refreshes.

Campaign & Communication Management

  • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, print, social media, and traditional media platforms.
  • Partner with the PR and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling.
  • Monitor competitor branding and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities.

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Conduct brand health tracking, market research, and customer feedback analysis to guide branding decisions.
  • Use insights to optimize brand experience and customer engagement strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Buying & Merchandising, Customer Experience, and Digital Marketing to align on brand initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with branding agencies, consultants, and creative vendors.
