COO-Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor daily operations across all departments (IT, sales, marketing, HR, etc.)

* Implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to drive growth

* Monitor company performance through KPIs and analytics

* Report directly to the CEO and support executive decision-making

* Lead and motivate teams to achieve company goals

* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards

* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing requirements

* Build and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders

* Identify risks and implement process improvements

* Drive operational excellence and sustainable growth

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

* Master’s degree (MBA) preferred

* 5–10 years of senior leadership/managerial experience

* Proven track record in operations management and strategy execution

* Industry-specific knowledge (depending on company)

* Professional certifications (CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc. – optional but valuable)

A fixed salary of ₹25,000 per month will be provided, with additional earnings based on company output and your individual contribution
