Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager – Growth & Web3 Strategy

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager & Growth Specialist to lead our digital growth initiatives. This role is responsible for driving measurable improvements in user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across our new website, with a particular focus on newsletter signups and investor conversions. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our “Entertainment Fitness” narrative delivers maximum impact within the evolving Web2 → Web3 landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Conversion Optimization: Design, execute, and scale A/B and multivariate testing programs to validate strategic positioning (e.g., “Hard Crypto” vs. “Soft Utility” narratives).
• Funnel Management: Analyze the end-to-end user journey (visitor → signup → investment) and identify optimization opportunities to reduce friction and maximize conversions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, development, product, and analytics teams to implement test variants, tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics platforms to translate behavioral data and test results into actionable recommendations for growth.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Deliver clear, data-backed CRO performance reports to senior management on a monthly basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven CRO experience within e-commerce or SaaS environments, with a track record of measurable impact.
• Advanced knowledge of analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, Mouseflow, or similar).
• Strong expertise in conversion funnel optimization, data interpretation, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Web3/crypto ecosystems is highly advantageous (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Creative yet analytical mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions grounded in data.
