Contracts Manager

Department: Contracts & Estimation

Location: New Delhi.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage contract-related

functions including BOQ preparation, bid evaluations, vendor coordination, rate analysis, and.

documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure commercial accuracy and compliance

throughout the lifecycle of interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in preparation, review, and finalization of BOQs, RFPs, and tender documents

● Perform quantity surveying, including material take-offs, quantity estimations, and rate analysis.

● Evaluate vendor/contractor quotations and compare pricing structures

● Draft, review, and manage subcontractor/vendor contracts and work orders

● Track project budgets, quantities, and support cost control measures

● Coordinate with project and procurement teams to ensure contractual and commercial

alignment.

● Support in negotiation of contract terms and pricing with vendors

● Maintain accurate documentation for all contracts, correspondence, and change orders

● Ensure adherence to legal, commercial, and company policy requirements

● Generate and maintain MIS reports related to contracts, costing, and billing progress

Key Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / or related field

● 2–5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in interior or construction

industry.

● Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and contract terms.

● Familiarity with standard formats like CPWD/DSR is preferred.

● Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project costing tools.

● Excellent analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
