Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including vendor agreements, construction contracts, lease agreements, and consultant contracts.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initial request through execution and renewal/termination.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, project management, and finance teams to ensure accurate scope and risk alignment.
• Maintain a centralized record of all contractual documents and deadlines.
• Monitor and report on contract performance, risks, claims, and deliverables.
• Advise project teams on contractual rights and obligations.
• Handle dispute resolution and claims management in coordination with legal advisors.
• Assist in preparing contract budgets and forecasting.
• Ensure timely contract closures, extensions, or renewals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Law, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in contracts management within the real estate or construction industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, contract management software/tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities under tight timelines.
