Contracts Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review, redline and negotiate terms and conditions of business contracts for the solar industry.
• Drive diligence of contracts review to ensure all risks are identified.
• Prepare and review non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments and other contract types with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate as needed with key stakeholders in Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
• Review purchase orders to confirm compliance with quoted pricing, and terms of the agreement to ensure that all required elements are accurately captured.
• Escalate and coordinate with Corporate Counsel for guidance on risk analysis and contract disputes.
• Maintain record of all contracts and agreements and ensure all contracts remain current with timely renewal(s).
• Review vendor and supplier contracts.
• Manage signature process.
• Manage the contracts repository.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.

Experience & Skills:

• A bachelors degree in law (LLB) is preferred but not required
• 5+ years of prior contracts/experience in redlining, negotiating and administering contracts
• Relevant experience in EPC / clean energy industry (preferably solar industry)/construction strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment 4 hrs. overlapping with US hours
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong time and project management skills
• Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office applications
