Production Coordinator

Job Description

Monitor day-to-day production activities at the supplier facility to ensure adherence to quality, schedule, and specifications. rovide structured daily and weekly production reports to GCS teams in India and the US. Identify and escalate potential delays, material shortages, or quality issues in real-time to enable prompt action. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) at the Saudi factory for all production-related communications. Ensure smooth implementation of engineering changes, design updates, and process improvements. Build strong relationships with the suppliers production and quality teams to align on expectations and ensure transparency. Track and report output vs target at a part and project level; drive accountability on floor. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for production issues. Support internal audits, inspections, and quality checks as required. Preferred candidate profile Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field. 58 years of hands-on production experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly operations (solar/steel structures preferred). Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control processes, and reporting protocols. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working with suppliers or vendors will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment. Initial training and onboarding will take place in India over 23 months. This is a project-critical position requiring relocation to Saudi Arabia.
