Role: CLM Executive – Compliance & Operations

Experience: 5 to 6 Years
Location: Hosur Plant, India (Willingness to travel required)

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance for contractors/vendors under CLRA, EPF, ESI, etc.
Monitor adherence to deployment norms, contractor licensing, and wage regulations.
Conduct regular audits and maintain records for inspections/internal reviews.
Coordinate monthly invoice processing in line with work orders and actual deployment.
Resolve grievances raised by contractors and their employees in a timely manner.
Support new project ramp-ups and coordinate CLM activities across multiple locations.
Oversee vendor onboarding, renewal, and documentation through the CLMS platform.
Act as key user for CLMS system stabilization, user training, and process enhancement.
Exposure to Shops & Establishment compliance management is an added advantage.

Qualification & Skills:

MSW / MBA-HR / PG Diploma in Labour Laws preferred.
5–6 years of hands-on experience in contract labour compliance & operations.
Strong knowledge of CLRA, Factory Act, Minimum Wages, ESI, and PF.
Proficiency in SAP / CLMS / payroll tools preferred.
Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Language proficiency: Tamil, English, and Hindi (must be multilingual).
Willingness to travel across units/pan India locations.
