Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting contract lifecycle management, procurement platform operations, and vendor administration. Your tasks will include reviewing and updating contracts, maintaining the contract repository, supporting procurement tools, and providing vendor-related administrative support. Strong coordination with cross-functional teams and sharp documentation skills will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Update, amend, and negotiate contract clauses in line with policy and legal standards - Review contracts, assess risks, and recommend improvements - Maintain and govern a centralized contract repository - Enforce compliance with contract management protocols - Support procurement platforms and provide user training - Manage vendor onboarding, evaluations, and renewals - Generate reports on contract performance and compliance - Assist in drafting policies and SOPs related to procurement and contracts Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree or higher in Procurement or related field - 3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or vendor operations - Solid grasp of contract law and procurement workflows - Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills Additional Details: The company is seeking a detail-oriented professional with skills in risk assessment, contract negotiation, contract compliance, policy drafting, analytical skills, and legal knowledge.
