Contract Management

As a seasoned Contract Management professional at EXO Edge, your role will involve reviewing and analyzing loan agreements, cash management agreements, and other banking documents. You will be responsible for crafting summaries of financial information for non-financial audiences and abstracting key information from various agreements to ensure clarity and understanding. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing, analyzing, and abstracting a wide range of contracts. - Extracting key provisions such as interest rates, methodologies, fees, covenants, collateral requirements, and other material terms. - Summarizing key points of each document in a clear format for internal stakeholders. - Identifying and addressing conflicting terms within existing agreements. - Acting as the point person for clients and project teams to handle subject matter issues effectively. - Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3-5 years of experience in reviewing agreements in the banking/financial industry. - An LLB from a reputed institute; LLM would be an added advantage. - Familiarity with banking terminology, loan structures, collateral types, and escrow accounts. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and logical skills. - Strong attention to detail.
