As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering along with an MBA or LLB qualification. With a solid track record of 15 to 20 years in managing contracts of substantial value across various project types, you will play a crucial role in contract negotiation and management specifically related to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and BOP (Balance of Plant). Your responsibilities will include demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of techno-commercial matters in alignment with contracting aspects. Your acute commercial acumen and robust negotiation skills will be essential in ensuring successful contract outcomes. Prior experience in the Infrastructure, Power, Steel, or Process Industry, particularly within medium to large scale operations, will be greatly beneficial in excelling in this position.,
