Conduct toolbox talk daily, JSA preparation, involve in PJD, PSSR, HIRA, FMEA 5. Documentation, Training & Reporting: Maintain logs, maintenance records and history of BTG area. Prepare reports on equipment performance, failures, and corrective actions. Update drawings, schematics, and manuals. Prepare monthly/yearly work report, shutdown report Develop training plan and conduct trainings for subordinates and contract manpower Preferred candidate profile B.Tech / B.E.
