About Company

• Draft, review, and interpret construction and infrastructure project contracts, ensuring alignment with national laws, FIDIC conditions, and organizational policies.
• Provide expert advice on contract management, risk allocation, and dispute avoidance strategies throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal frameworks, particularly the Arbitration Act of Nepal and international arbitration practices.
• Assist in resolving contractual claims, variations, and disputes, acting as a liaison between contractors, consultants, and legal teams.
• Support tendering processes by preparing contract documentation, bid evaluation criteria, and assisting in contract negotiations.
• Monitor contract execution and performance, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and obligations are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, legal advisors, and finance departments to ensure contract integrity and smooth execution.
• Develop and update contract templates, guidelines, and standard procedures for internal use.
• Provide training and capacity building to project teams on contract administration and dispute resolution processes.
• Prepare reports, legal opinions, and documentation required for audits, claims, and arbitration proceedings.
  

• MSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of construction contract laws and procurement procedures.
• Sound knowledge of the Arbitration Act of Nepal and FIDIC contract conditions.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in contract management within construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and legal drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a keen eye for legal and technical detail.
