Maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist seniors in food preparation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of salads, pastas, grills, and other Continental items Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Follow recipe standards and assist seniors during service hours Manage ingredients and reduce wastage Comply with food safety norms Requirements: 1+ years of experience in Continental cuisine Basic understanding of kitchen operations Ability to follow instructions and recipes Positive attitude and team player 👨‍🍳 Position: CDP – Continental💰 Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000/month Job Summary: Manage a specific section of the Continental kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and kitchen efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee food prep and presentation for assigned section Train and guide junior kitchen staff Maintain daily mise en place and cleanliness Ensure consistency in taste and presentation Assist Sous Chef in planning and execution Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Continental cuisine Proficient in cooking and plating techniques Strong supervisory and communication skills Good understanding of hygiene and food safety 👨‍🍳 Position: Sous Chef – Continental💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month Job Summary: Second-in-command in the kitchen, responsible for day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and maintaining food quality in the Continental section. Key Responsibilities: Supervise kitchen operations and coordinate with staff Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene Contribute to menu development and innovation Handle inventory, cost control, and vendor coordination Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Continental kitchens, including at least 1 year as Sous Chef Strong leadership and culinary skills Expertise in Continental cuisine and modern techniques Excellent communication and team management
