As the Head Chef at Bruno’s Café, you will be the creative force in our kitchen — leading menu development, overseeing day-to-day culinary operations, and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. You will inspire and guide the kitchen team while maintaining a culture of teamwork, cleanliness, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Menu Development & Innovation – Create and refine dishes that align with Bruno’s Café’s brand and seasonal themes, including special menus for events. Quality Control – Ensure every plate meets our taste, texture, and presentation standards. Team Leadership – Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain efficiency, skill, and morale. Inventory & Cost Management – Oversee stock control, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective ordering without compromising quality. Event Support – Collaborate on special F&B events, offering unique culinary experiences. Health & Safety Compliance – Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with FSSAI guidelines. Operational Efficiency – Optimize workflows to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially du ring peak hours.
