Job Summary:

As a Content Writer & Personality Development Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, engaging, and impactful content for Skillyards’ platforms while also conducting interactive personality development training sessions for students. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about writing and communication, and who also enjoys mentoring students to build their confidence, soft skills, and career readiness.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Writing & Development:

● Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, articles, brochures, and promotional material.

● Develop content that resonates with students, highlights Skillyards’ training programs, and supports brand positioning.

● Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align content with campaigns, course offerings, and student needs.

2. Blogging & Thought Leadership:

● Regularly publish blogs on education, career development, IT training, and personal growth.

● Research industry trends to produce informative and innovative content that builds Skillyards’ authority in the education sector.

3. Personality Development Training:

● Conduct engaging and practical sessions focused on communication, interpersonal skills, interview preparation, and confidence building.

● Mentor students to enhance their soft skills, body language, and overall professional presentation.

● Design interactive activities and modules to encourage student participation and personal growth.

4. Collaboration & Brand Growth:

● Support Skillyards’ marketing team with creative ideas for campaigns and content strategies.

● Contribute to student success stories, testimonials, and case studies.

● Ensure consistent brand messaging across all written and training outputs.


Qualifications & Skills:

● Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

● Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personality Development Trainer.

● Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or blogging (portfolio required).

● Content Skills: Excellent command of written English, creativity in storytelling, and knowledge of SEO practices.

● Training Skills: Strong presentation and mentoring abilities, with the ability to connect with students.

● Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

● Passion for Education: A genuine interest in student growth, confidence-building, and career development.
